I know ... I know ... I'm becoming a post ***** .. but I gots questions :-)

I've been thinking VERY hard about a sunroof for my SCrew ... and I always like to save a buck or two.

I received a quote from a local aftermarket sunroof dealer the other day of $1200 to install a 17"x 33" unit into my truck. EEK!

However, I have seen on Ebay, people selling complete units out of wrecked cars... like Acuras and Integras (switches, wiring, glass and tracks, etc... ).

Now for my question ... would one of these Ebay units work ? or would I need some sort of special trim to make them fit?

I'm a pretty handy guy and installing a sunroof doesn't intimidate me (I've actually done some of the pop-ups in other vehicles when I was a kid) ... I've just never done a power one in a roof with the ridges .. and want to make sure I don't buy something I need to turn around and try to sell again.

anywho ... any advice, suggestions, etc. is GREATLY appreciated!
