Question Wind Noise Inside Cabin

Hi everyone! First post on this forum. I have a problem with wind noise inside my 2003 King Ranch Screw. Any time I get above 60 mph, I get a flapping/tapping kind of noise. I can hear it on my driver's side door and it also seems to be coming from the top of the windshield. It is definitely related to airflow as it increases with speed. Does any body have any suggestions?? Please Help!

My problem isn't exactly the same however it is similar. If my truck is wet from dew, rain etc. and I drive it when road is dry, road is dry but truck is wet. I can actually hear the water rushing down the channel above the drivers door. Problem started at around 15k miles didn't notice it prior to that, weird sound kinda of like a faucet dripping. Haven't ever worried about it as I figured there is nothing that can be done for it. Anyone else experience this?
