noise in back seat of supercrew

Hey Guys,
I have a 03 Supercrew that I have been noticing a noise lately in my back seat area. It sounds like plastic hitting plastic or like a wire hitting plastic. It happens almost all the time not just when i hit a bump or something. It sounds like its coming from my rear drivers side door panel. I removed all the stuff out of the back storage area behind the seat and it's still there. Anyone have a similar noise or know how to remove the door panel in the rear?
Thanks
Matt

noise

check the drivers side rear seatbelt. It is right against the plastic behind your head and sounds terrible when it hits the plastic next to the window. That was the noise i found.

Check where the plastic door panel meets the metal door. If a clip is missing it will make a similar sound as the plastic taps on the inside of the door.

Talking solved the problem

Hey guys,
I found out the problem I had with the noise. The speaker box i have under the seat back there was rubbing against the plastic clip around the seat bracket. Anyway fixed and not going crazy anymore. Now i can listen to the voice in my head that constantly tells me what mods i need next.
Thanks for the advice
Matt
