Ok so you have your finger on the pulse of that situation. Elmendorf( and Eilson for that matter) has a a decent military population and should support good sized schools. From the looks of you pictures, Elmendorf may be your best bet. Still keep you fishing( the trout are much bigger up there !), and the hunting is word class. You might even get by with your boat in those conditions. Outsourcing sucks. At least I know I'll always have a job as a missile cop.
