quick help on Supercrew with GibsonSupertuck

Anyone able to give me some quick help...

Ordered the Gibson Supertruck Exaust for my Supercrew. Truck is at the 4wheelparts store now for the install but they are saying that the tips will not fit around the Ford nerf bars.

Anyone have or have seen this combo? They are looking for a different tip to put on it now instead.

Thanks

Take a tape measure and measure the gap between the front of the right -rear wheel well and the back end of your right step bar. If you have at least a 15.5 inch gap, then it will fit perfectly. I have WESTIN CPS Nerf Bars. Take a closer look:

...when you install it or get it installed, make you sure you get the unit reinforced to prevent side to side movement. Because the muffler relies only on the rear two hangers to support the entire unit, it tends to bounce alot, even with the mildest terrain.

It's loud, but not loud enough to annoy the neighbors.
It has a true "big block-race truck" sound when you get on it, and the cab drone is tollerable during long trips (about 70 mph). This sytem for sure will turn some heads.

It is way more tollerable than flowmaster systems, which give off that continuous deep, low, bass sounding cab drone at all speeds.
