Decisions, decisions....
What should I do? I have money burning my pocket (believe it or not
). Should I lift my truck 4" and get some 305/75/16's, or should I get some 20" rims with low profile wheels?
I like both styles big time. I NEVER go off roading, but I also worry about some douchebag taking my truck for the rims (especially if I'm still in it with my kids)
I have a 2001 Screw 4x2 4.6
What to do?
By the way, I can do either for under $1800.

I would say go for the 20s with the low profile rubber. I have the Harley 20s with 285/50 Eagle GT 2s. I know what you mean about some F$#@ lookin' to jack your ride b/c of the rims but guess that could happen just for having a nice truck. I too haul my 2 young kids around and worry when I drive into the city. Just gotta be extra careful. Also, they just passed the concealed weapon law in Missouri so some 'jacker' just might get suprised next time
if you had an FX4 id say lift it but since you have a 4x2 lower it and put on those rims! i was actually wanting to lower mine but its 4x4 and here in MO we get some pretty nasty winters, love that ice!! im sure DRK knows what im talking about
