Decisions, decisions....

What should I do? I have money burning my pocket (believe it or not ). Should I lift my truck 4" and get some 305/75/16's, or should I get some 20" rims with low profile wheels?

I like both styles big time. I NEVER go off roading, but I also worry about some douchebag taking my truck for the rims (especially if I'm still in it with my kids)

I have a 2001 Screw 4x2 4.6

What to do?

By the way, I can do either for under $1800.

I would say go for the 20s with the low profile rubber. I have the Harley 20s with 285/50 Eagle GT 2s. I know what you mean about some F$#@ lookin' to jack your ride b/c of the rims but guess that could happen just for having a nice truck. I too haul my 2 young kids around and worry when I drive into the city. Just gotta be extra careful. Also, they just passed the concealed weapon law in Missouri so some 'jacker' just might get suprised next time

I would go with 20s since you have a 4x2. I think it will look better then lift for the 4x2. If it is 4x4 I would take the different option.
