Help with factory CD player

I recently purchased a 2001 F150 SuperCrew Rousch addition. The truck didn't come with a radio at all (someone had taken it out). I bought a factory CD player out of another truck and i can't get power to the radio at all. There is 4 ports on the back for plug ins but when i disconnected the CD player from the orginal truck only two where being used. I rewired the CD player into my truck and can't get anything. I'm 95% sure that all the wires have been connected properly. I have the power wire plugged in and connected the wiring harnesses togeather is there something else i need to do. If anyone has a wiring harness diagram that would be extremely helpful too, for both the factory CD player and the original harness

JLaw,
The fact that there are four ports doesn't matter. The other ports are for other things like CD changers, etc. Just plug in the wiring harnesses that are in your dash to the back of your radio. Make sure you plugged in the antenna wire as well. Other than that, you should be good unless you have a blown fuse. Are the speakers aftermarket? Are they wired correctly? The radio you bought is good, right? Good luck!

Like KY said , Check the fuse.

Also, get a 12 volt converter from someone and see if the radio works on the bench,

i checked the plugs to make sure they are firing and i was getting fire to them. i don't have the speakers intalled yet because i just wanted to get power to the cd player first i know i can take care of that afterwards. I don't have i diagram for my fuse box either but i have checked all of them and they are working, now i might have one missing that i don't know about, but without the diagram i have no way of telling

Thanks,
JLaw

JLaw,
Your owner's manual should have fuse slots labeled. Does it? Just to make sure I understand your problem- After you have everything hooked up, the radio won't power on. Am I correct?
