Exclamation Problems with my F150 99 Lariat

Hello: I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY F150 2X4 LARIAT, EVERY TIME I TURN, RIGHT OR LEFT THIS NOISE ON THE BOTTON OF THE CABIN, BY THE DRIVER SEAT. IT SOUND LIKE SOMETHING HIT THE CABIN. I AM TIRED OF GETTING DOWN THERE AND NOTHING EVERYTHING LOOKS NORMAL, NO SIGNS OF ANY MOVEMENT OR ANYTHING SO I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP

Just a guess , but, have a close look at the torsion bar system. Should be looked at by a garage mech. with lifts.

I would be interested in what you find on this. I've been under my truck trying to find a noise with a similar description at least a dozen times. Front end shop can't find it either.
