I finally found something I don't like about my SCrew. I was pulling into valet parking the other evening and just came back from a meeting with some very important papers. I wanted to throw them in the glove box and lock it. Then and only then did I realize the glove box doesn't have a lock. I can't believe I didn't notice it before...

I wonder why Ford decided to do away with that...

Kidding- No flames please! I have a truck, and although I have worked the fields, I'm not a farmer!!

I realized that Ford was saving bucks here & there when I saw that my Expy only had a key hole in the driver's side door- none on the passenger side.

My SuperCrew has 'em both, not the Expy.

 

I was pissed about this on my truck when I bought it. There is NO locking container of any kind inside the vehicle. Very inconvienient.

 

My list of dislikes about my Supercrew:

rear windows do now go all the way down, yet they physically could
the door locks are black, not color coordinated to the interior like my 99
The floor mats are nowhere near the quality of my 99 Lariat
The leather quality does not seem as nice as my 99
Beltminder
One can ajust the pedals while the vehicle is moving
Roof ridges
Curved bed rails
FX4 wheels

 

I want to add one.
I don't like the music coming out of the radio on these new trucks!

(Just who in hell writes these songs anyway?)
