Sportz truck bed tent espcially for Screw!

Bought my 2003 Screw on July 1st. I have a travel trailer but you can't take a travel trailer into the sticks where I go. So I have wanted to take the Screw it out into these areas and sleep in the back of the Screw. I do a lot of trout fishing, etc. and the best places are off the beaten path. I have looked and looked for a tent that would go on the back like a Sportz tent but our SuperCrew beds would still be too short for sleeping UNLESS you could include the tailgate area.

Well the company that makes Sportz has finally heard Screw owners cries and has finally announced they would make them for the Screw and the tent will cover the tailgate area giving apx 7.5 ft of sleeping area.

I am in talks about becoming a sales outlet for Sportz.

It is a Sportz truck bed tent especially made for the Screw. I'll probably sell them on ebay but I am setting up a specific web site now to give out info of the new product that is not even in any retail outlet yet but I could start shipping them next week.

Check this out....

That sure is a pretty picture of a SCrew in the advertisement!

Wont it still be a little short for sleeping in? Given the shortened bed of the SCrew.

I'm not trying to sell the thing, but after reading the ad, it would seem the sleeping area will be 7 1/2 feet. The 5 1/2 in the bed and the 2 feet of the tailgate.

It includes tenting over the tailgate. That is the cool part. The regular sprortz tents did not come made for our beds. The new one that I can get not only comes made for our beds but also covers the tailgate. That makes it 7.5 ft. Not many people are that tall (-:

I'll probably be able to sell them at a slight discount from retail which is about $200. The price will likely be $189.99 and maybe less.

They will eventually be available from other sources but it is difficult to get companies to carry the newest products. That is the price they will likely be asking too.

I slept in mine last weekend (no tent). I'm 5'10", but fit fine.

I checked the Napier site and found the new SCREW tent. It does go to the end of the tailgate and has a canopy.
