Bolts for Bed Extender?

I bought a used one and didn't realize I was missing the side bolts that go on either side of the bed by the tailgate. Any idea what the part number is? Help!

Are you talking about the mounting pins? The pins that you pull back and forth that secure the extender?

284826 is the number listed on that schematic if that's what you're needing. I'm not sure that they can use that to pull the part up however; if you walked in equipped with that printout, they should be able to locate it for you.

Or, if you're talking about the bolts that you secure to the TRUCK that mount the extender, that part number is listed in hand writing at the bottom right hand corner. I know it's correct as I had to buy two of them myself.

Thanks for the picture RockPick, I'll have to take a look at the bed when I get home and figure exactly what bolts I need.

Here is a good link with all the info for installing it and securing it so it can't be stolen.

Here's how I secured mine.

Got a padlock with the long hasp. Drilled a hole thru the extender where I could install the lock to prevent the tab from being depressed so you can remove the extender.

Hope this helps.
