Bumper Valance

I have a 2001 XLT S'Crew 2WD. I have someone that will buy my present Valance. I was going to buy and install the Fog lamp valance. My question is are the Tow hook holes in the frame of a 2WD? It would be nice to have Tow Hooks, I've have been pulled out of the snow and it is a pain to hook the frame. Plus it looks like you could bust the Valance doing this.

No spots for the hooks on 4x2, but you can just drill a few holes and fit them in with no problems.

You will have to drill holes, that is what I did. I would recommend that you are able to look at the 4x4 first so you can see just how far the hooks stick out. You will also need to use washers to level out the hooks. It takes about 15 min. total time to drill all four holes, starting with center punch and using small bits followed by larger bits.
