I just put the clarion sub back in again after making some adjustable feet for the front. I fits marginally well, enough that I don't feel like pulling it out again. Even though I ground the bottom of the sub box down, the ash tray bottom hits it just slightly. How do I slide the ashtray all the way out to take a little off the bottom of it? I can't believe I am asking this, but I couldn't figure it out this afternoon. Must be a frustration thing.

 

There are two tabs on the top that need to be depressed. Someone posted a photo on this or maybe it was the other site recently. You might have a better view of them if you remove the radio surround.
