Finally did it!!
well guys...Ive been poking around this awesome site for like 2 or 3 weeks now...obsessing over this incredible truck...
and finally....I did it. I bought my first truck ever this weekend. pretty good deal too. here's the specs:
2003 Screw Lariat
5.4L engine
solid black
power moonroof
chrome tubular step bars
heated seats
power sliding rear window
tow package
for 25,496 (after a 5,000) trade-in
after my 2500 rebate and 400 college grad program...my final price is 22,596 for a brand new LOADED 2003 screw. the only bad thing is I have to wait a whole week to pick it up because I had to drive 4 hours for the deal and they have to swap with another dealership so Ill be driving back after work friday to pick her up. Its torture having to wait but it'll be well worth it come friday.
First on the agenda:
Complete audio overhaul including mp3 player/ XM radio, amp, component speakers and sub
Window tinting to the maximum legal limit (gotta have black windows on a black screw right?)
anyways guys..thanks for bearing with all the dumb questions Ive been asking around here....Im super new when it comes to trucks. thanks for all your help!

WOW and i thought i got a good deal....Congrats on the truck, my screw is my first truck also and i love being able to see everything, and having people get out of my way because they cant stand the headlights. I guess its true what they say about the simple things in life make you happy!
