Question Anyone done a 2/4 drop?

Need some info on a 2/4 drop.

Got the springs, shackles, and hangers.

What shocks should I use?

Do I need Shims? What size?

Should I add a rear swaybar?

You should have looked into the Roush suspension 3/3.5 drop ( it's on sale). I just installed it on my Screw, easy install. No hangers to cut off, no rear shims needed, and it came with the eccentric cam bolts, bump stops and Bilstein shocks. My truck rides like a car and handles like a BMW. I am also going to upgrade the sway bars.

Roush? Yeah Right.

Yeah, I checked out your Roush Kit. I can get the same kit from Steeda for $400 to $500 bucks. If I wanted to pay over a Grand for a kit I would buy a AirRide Kit.

Do a search on this forum "Roush'' there is all kinds of info. One Ligntning guy post the install. Retail on the kit was $1200, I paid $650 plus shipping. Kit for the Supercrew is the same kit for the Supercab (same frame).

Uh, just a tip.
When asking for advice, one probably shouldn't
"bite the head off" of the first person offering help.
Again, just a tip

?*!

WHAT? Who's biting who's head off? I asked a question and got an anwser for a question I didn't ask. I looked up information on the anwser I received and found it to be nothing of use to me or the question I asked. So I state my opinion on the anwser to the question I didn't ask, and now you (woody24) say I'm bitting someone's head off. !@%?*

So, here's your tip back. If you have nothing of factual interest to add to a conversation or question, don't say anthing at all it takes up to much space and time.

(screw150) no disrespect to you, I do appreciate your input but it isn't the info I'm looking for.
