Question Bullit and SVT lightning wheels?

I want to put either the Bullit style or the '99 Lightning wheels on my '02 Screw. Does anyone have pics, or know if either combination will work?

Those look nice! Is the spacing good when you look from the side? I don't want whatever I buy to stick out past the fender at all. Also what size tire did you go with. Thanks for the reply.

They are a 60 series tire I know for sure but I don't rember if they are 225 or What ! But the Gap between top of tire and bottom of fender are porportinal to each other. The size of tires and truck are in my opion a "balanced look". And I didn't have to do anything to my speedo either ! And they set flush with the outer edge of the fender so they don't stick out !

Even though they are lighting rims on a Non SVT truck, They do the job and it looks great. Some people on here are very opinanted about doing these kinds of mods to non SVT trucks. But WHO CARES ! Whatever you like, do it ! This is what makes all of us different.

Yeah if you like something and it's your vehicle who cares. Thanks for the info. I'm always trying to find out everything I can before I drop a bunch of money on stuff.

Hey those look good too. Hmmm... I think I like those. Is your truck lower than stock? It looks a little lower than mine.

Yes that is lowered...4/2 drop...Before I put the new rims on them I lowered the rear 2" to level it our with the stock tires which looked good...then when I put the new rims and tires it needed to be lowered more since the tires and rims are so much bigger than the stock tims...I was fortunate to find brand new authentic SVT rims off of a brand new lightning..not the cheap knock offs for $500! As you can see I'm not trying toi get a lightning look to my vehicle. I like the way they tuck nice and tight...

I agree, they look nice with the drop. What did you do to lower your truck? I'd like to achieve that same stance. I don't want it slammed, just something like yours to make up for all the wheel gap. Thanks for the info. guys!

Hey,

I used a belltech 4/2 drop with new belltech Nitro shocks...

I had my suspension shop do it..

I agree..I don't like the "slammed look".

I was originally worried that the ride was going to be too bumpy or rough..the ride was better that the stock..and man does it handle nice!

It cost me around $750 to do it...Well worth it

Well it wouln't take much to be worse than the stock ride for me. I think it sucks, at least in my truck. That's not a bad price either, I was expecting a lot more than that. Anyway it looks great and thanks for all the info.

Man, I love the look of the SVT wheels on the Screw. I thought I was the only one one. I think they the chrome version would look better with my Dark Shadow Grey truck....$500.00 I wish I could be so lucky...

got 02 Chrome L wheels on my 99 and love them. I have also lowered it 2/4 and it handles much better.

I put a set of '00 chrome Lightning wheels on mine and love the look. And because everyone else was sharing, I did a 2" (rear only) drop on my truck, which unfortunately is not reflected in this pic.
