Can the Lighting Supercharger be added to my 5.4 Supercab Offroad? What else needs to be done? Programming? Can it even be done?

I just posted a reply to your thread in the engines section.
The best thing to do is a search as this topic comes up pretty regularly.

Anything can be done, it all depends on how deep your pockets are.

This topic has been posted many many times and in general it seems that it is too costly to do compared with a good aftermarket blower kit. Plus you'll probably have a lot less headaches with the bolt-on aftermarket kit. Contact guys like crash and skidmarkracing, they'll fix you up!!!
