ATI Pulley alignment

On the compressor bracket, make sure the spacers are there. Skid and I have to deal with this too. It is possible to need spacers on all mounting bolts, so bear that in mind. Just ensure the pulleys are all aligned, and the belt contacts the center of all of the idlers. CRASH
I am installing the main mounting bracket and the lower crank pulley. Can I check the alignment now with a straight edge or do I have to wait till the belt is on? If now, do I align the outer face of the pulleys? Can I put washers under the mounting plate if needed? Looks like the lower pulley sticks out about 3/16" further than the small pulleys on the plate.

Thanks!

Align the crank pulley with the compressor pulley first.

just mount up the bracket. get a straight edge. and see how much space needs to be added to each pulley. i had to add bout 1/4 inch to all the bolts. they were all even then. i havent had any problems with the belt.
