I have heard that if you have pinstripes and white lettered tires that they are good for an additional 30hp. If the rims are chrome....maybe 35hp. Also it's been proven that neon dash guages allow you to exceed the rev limiter.

 

The white-letter tires will only give you 30 extra horses if they are raised, outlined letters. The solid letters do not allow the appropiate air flow around the tires and create more drag....

 

The banner looks good, If you wouldn't have told what it said, I would still be looking at it as we speak.

that sticker is pretty sweet.There is a local shop around here that will make any kind of sticker that you can dream up........I plan on getting one done sooner or later. Right now, I am removing all of my skid plates, sandblasting them , and getting them powder coated in a metallic gold or silver color. Actually, now that I think about it the silver would be better because it will match the chrome diff cover that is on its way to my house.Well the gold would match the truck.HMMMMMMM

BTW, my truck does have black pinstripes and white lettered tires and I can't feel any extra ponies under the hood

 

Well I hate to rain on the parade.. but...

I've been doing this stuff for a while. Nice banner but these guys are stretching the truth. We have a large database of customer dyno runs and we feel it is impossible to acheive such increases without crossing a body panel.

We have a patented "Stealth" kit which uses small clear decals which cross each body panel. After putting this kit on my '95 302 I now spend my cruise nights looking for Lightnings and LS1's to humble! LOL
