Question Kenne Belle Supercharger

Heard some really good things on the Kenne Belle Supercharger today from a buddy with a modded mystic Cobra, he's planning on getting one as soon as he can get enough money. He said that the Kenne Belle has full boost at 1500 RPM, is this true? Still probably goin with the ATI, but would just like to hear some comments on this!

KB makes a good blower. BTB runs one. I personally have never had very good luck with the KB, but others swear by them. I do not like because it does not have a cooler.

The KB gets full boost from 2000 rpm on. Skid is correct about it not having a cooler....but you can get a water cooled injection system for it that cools it down 60 degrees. I'm getting one in about 2 weeks. (should have gotten it when i purchased it, but I didn't realize how far I was going to go in performance mods). It's a very powerful supercharger...instaneous response. I've had mine a year, and I still grin ear to ear when dat baby kicks in!

I also have a friend with a Mystic Cobra with a KB. His times prior to KB were in the 14's... he's now running 12.5 in the quarter( he has other mods) The KB takes off at least 1.5 seconds.

Crash..it's not a KB system. It is made and sold by my KB installer, Bob Kennedy. It was originally made for KB's , but can be adapted and used on the other blowers. I've got an appt in mid May for one...and some other go faster goodies!
Does dis mean i gotta give Nick a handicap now? lol
btw.. i notice from another site, that Nick is from my Mom's hometown. (Wallkill, NY) Send him my email, please.

here's the website about the water injection. Check out the rest of his site while you are there. There's a pic of my excab
longbed on the dyno....preflames and other mods.
