I humbly beseech the Wise Ones....

I admit to knowing nothing about superchargers.

That aside, does a blower replace the entire intake manifold?

If so, would it not make sense to upgrade both the fuel rails, the in tank pump and injectors at the same time as the blower?

Further, I know the preferred faves are Magnacharger and ATI on the 5.4.....what of the 4.6?

I am far from an expert, and have never claimed to be wise.....

The Magnacharger replaces the intake manifold. The ATI dose not. If you take a look at something where Crash! has posted, you can click on "Trixters playground" for some good photos.

From what I've heard there are many things that "could" be upgraded at the time of a blower install. How much cash you got? I believe that the blowers for our trucks generally, were designed for a stock engine. I don't think any upgrades, other than the ones that come in the kits, are "required".

I have the 4.6. I have seen both the Magnacharger and the Procharger highly reccomended for it.

Now, if you want the real answers, please hold and a professional will be right with you.
