ProM MAF on 5.4L equipped with ATI Procharger

Does the ProM MAF have significant gains over stock on a 5.4L equipped with ATI Procharger? Is the money worth investing? Thanks.

MAF

If the motor had to pull in the air it would help by releases restrictions, but when the air is being forced in by the compressor it pushes the air in and reduces intake an insignificant amount due to the cost of the MAF.

What’s up Ricekicker..
I can personally attest to the fact, (since I just installed my new Pro-M 83mm on my Magnacharged Screw tonight!...and test drove.) that YES it make a great difference.
HP gains are very noticeable.

V6…
Q: correct me if I’m wrong, but does not the supercharger simply increase air pressure and density of the air from the fipk?

Ya Its late and I don't understand my last post either, a compressor raises the intake pressure to a set amount according to the drive pulley. A different pulley will produce the same effect by overcomming the restriction instead of removeing it. Some power is lost from resistence that the compressor is fighting against. That would be the power that the maf would save. Install the maf and lower the boost and power will stay the same. How much drag does a compressor have at wot?

Uhh...could you draw us some pictures of that shop vac hose?

just kidding. Thanks for that description. like my question suggested, I did not fully understand.

PS: got the check... thanks.
also the pulleys were sent back.
Q: Won't the 9lb pulley be extremely small? (safe?)
