Need belt installation help on a 2001 f150 with magnachager supercharger

Hi everyone, I just signed up because I am having a hard time figuring out the serpentine belt installation on my 2001 ford f150 w/5.4 and a magnacharger supercharger. I am the 2nd owner and was told a ford dealer did the installation back in either 2001 or 2002. The tensioner broke and threw the belt. I found a new belt for it, 116 1/4"-8 rib but cannot figure out how to route it. I am stuck. Anyone has a belt diagram for it or guide me thru the installation of the belt. I would appreciate some advise. Thanks, Richard

I believe this is what you need: http://jimroal.com/Allen/001_46-54-truck-install.pdf

It's a different brand, but the belt routing diagram should match up to what you have with the frontal area/positioning of accessories.

If not, then disregard.

Thanks for the diagram. Went to install belt and everything looked good. Pull back tensioner and was a hair short of putting belt on Alt. Then I put belt on Alt and tried sliding it on the WP pulley. Still a hair short. Could I loosen bolts on tensioner or even the Alt to get a little more play to install belt. The belt. I almost had it installed. Please advise if loosen bolts on tensioner or Alt is best

The belt I have is 116.27" and the next size up is 119". The old belt did not break but is worn and the new belt is basically the same size as old one. I have had the new belt in my garage for 7 yrs so maybe does not stretch as much as a belt off the shelves. So this belt has to fit. Just wanted to know if loosening tensioner bolts would give me the extra hair I need to install or would I have loosen Alt bracket bolts to make it fit
