Turbo not providing boost after water pump install.

Good morning,

I had to replace my water pump last week and once I finished, my drivers side turbo is extremely loud and I have a lack of power once I hit 40 mph was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas what could have caused this.

I would first start by checking your intake hoses. Maybe you forgot to hook one back up, or you didn't clamp it securely.

Seems I knocked the intake hose loose. Tightened it down and got my power back.

Figured that would have been the case. That's why I mentioned it.

Been there done that... you just hope you didn't get any FOD on the turbo or the engine.
