Questions about Supercharging an 03 5.4L Triton
Hello everyone! I'm new to these forums, as in literally brand new, and also a newbie when it comes to modifying engines as I'm only 21, so I had some questions about my '03 Ford F-150 King Ranch.
As far as I know, it has an '03 5.4L Triton 2V, and I'm wanting to Supercharge it as my first upgrade (followed by a larger Camshaft.)
And I was wondering, what problems would I run into Supercharging this truck?
For one, could this truck handle a Supercharger? (I'm thinking she has about 135K miles on her.)
I'm assuming it can, because from what I've heard is you can supercharge 2V's fairly easy without heavily modding the engine, I just worry WAY too much.
