2004 f150 5.4 3v lariat. Supercharged?

I've been looking for some power upgrades for my truck. All I can really find is those ranging 5500-7000 $. And seen the kits produce some serious numbers with upwards to 23psi and found some lower ones and prochargers in 8-10psi for same money WTF?? . At first all I really want to do to my 04 5.4 3v lariat was dubble the numbers.. now stock..is 300hp 365tq .looking at some noticable gains within 500hp and 600tq that wont break the bank. Have only4k to work with. Pointers....

5.4 3v superged?

15psi is where I want to be. Whats kind of crazy is we're the 4.6 2&3v run about 340-60ish . I still have the same tourqe band in my 04 5.43v lariat. It doesn't even come close to 400 torque. Sitting @ 370 380 torque . Similar set up I should be roughly 370/380hp and pushing 425ish torque. Looking for something that we pretty basic back in those days of the 4.6/ 5.4 modular design engines. Their isn't . Yea their is prochargers Turbo and supercharged. They are newer technology with a steep price . Keep an old supercharger do came and heads then use the newer electronics port s/c and heads then tune with best pulley option. See the old lighting super charger is would I like to use not compatible With the 5.4 3v ??? OK. Only for 5.4 2vs. I'm good with that power addition if they would work together.

From what I understand 10 PSI is about as high as you want to go without a mod to the fuel system. 12 PSI and over your also going to need forged pistons and rods. Keep an eye out, internet and eBay, for some used Forced Induction systems, they are out there. The Lighting stuff is just for the 5.4 2v.

Looks like it just needs to be cleaned up and it appears to be complete but you might need a few parts from Whipple. Maybe just not in the picture, but I don't see the smaller 6 rib idler pulley (3W7E-19A216-AA).

you'll need to upgrade the injectors or run an FMU anyway even with a 1# increase
