Transfer Case Durability
Anyone know how much HP/TQ the transfer case can take? Just curious. Sometime I bomb down dirt roads in 4x4 and although the coefficient of friction is must less I am curious as to how durable it is.

It's like everything on the truck.
If you don't keep it full of oil, warm it up to operating temperature prior it might fail.
Mine is as sweet as a nut. Believe me my truck like yours, Hell'o lot of fun on gravel & mud roads with no failure of any drive train components.
