Redline for S/C'd Truck

I am taking my truck in tomorrow to have the ECU adjusted for the new R&P ratios. While I am there I want them to work on the upper end tuning and bump my rpm some. Seeing as I have a built block, cams and ported heads I think the standard 4900 rpm shift point is leaving a lot on the table. I have read various sources but the standard comment is that ~5400 rpm WOT throttle shift point seems to be the limit for the stock torque converter. What do the experts recommend? 5400 or a little less to be safe?

Thanks!

My truck shifts between 5-5200RPM 1st and 2nd. 5400RPM 3rd only. I only know this from pulls on a dyno where 3rd gear pulls went a little higher then 2nd gear pulls. I think twinscrewed with a built trans still shifts at about stock RPM too due to stock bottom end. I don't think you can really go to high with either a stock motor or stock trans.
