You can plan on tripling that figure, for the motor, blower, tuning & fuel system. Can you do it for less? Yep, keep the power turned down below 450 rwhp & a stock block will survive.

Look at all the L swap threads that have been done...there you will get correct info
I did the swap and ran 12psi and loved it...way better the when I ran the Prochager

Yep bad info on the Lightning posted above. They do have very cheap forged pistons which are no better then the Hyperutectic pistons found in our 3V trucks. Rods are the same powdered rods as the 3v. Thats why the Lightnings snap rods at 500rwhp. Same as the 3V.
The nice part is the 3V's only need 12-13psi to reach that kind of power. The Lightnings needed mid teens or more. Of course some of that was due to the power robbing Eaton blower on top.
