Nice set up fella.

I was considering an AEM kit as I can get methyl hydrate for free. Bought the KC instead.

Let us know how well she does.

Nice. Who will be tuning it? Also it looks like you have injection before the throttle body. Are you concerned about the mixture returning liquid when it hits the intercooler?

Does the water/meth kit prevent preignition? I'm new to forced induction, and hopefully install some goodies down the road. Sorry to thread jack...

Yes, but from what I understand if the mixture is wrong (to much meth) it can cause it. Platinum plugs also act as catalyst for meth so they are a no no.

Meth kits are a tricky beast. Hope your tuner is good! If you buy snow or devils own premix fluid you should be fine

yeah.. before throttle body per snow performance... they should know..

and just buy the pre-mixed water/meth form snow also to be 100% safe..

going to give old tuner one more shot at getting this right..
(heat was a major trouble, so this will cool it down)
then if its wrong.. going with troyer or JDM

...

going to track wed. with current tune to try kit.
don't expect much as kit really works best with tune.

I talked to Troyer and VMP and neither would do an Email tune for Meth. That was a while ago though. I was just going to use it for an Octane boost.
