Procharger tensioner

Where can I get a tensioner for my Procharger? Besides Procharger I mean. The bearing on the pulley seized and chewed the arm. I know a kid who owns a shop and performs miracles with a TIG welder. But like all miracles he is expensive.......

The pulley is not the problem. The tensioner is. The seat where the pulley rests is skewed and the pulley moves around and rubs on the arm. I have tried washers as a spacer but the arm needs to be replaced.

drill some holes and mount a non spring loaded tensioner that is your cheapest fix

I use a Procharger tensioner for my Paxton set up.
I was watching ebay for months to find a clean used one, and it wasn't a bargain. Maybe a good deal from Crash is a good option.

I have had the Procharger for 4 or 5 years now. The kit was a year old when I purchased it.
