Finally got the Whipple installed!!

I picked up the blower, manifold, heat exchanger and MAF used back in January. Since then I have been piecing the kit together, Whipple just wanted to much for the rest of the kit. I decided to adapt my pre-existing Volant CAI and the Whipple MAF I with some aluminum tubing to make the intake. The test drive went well the boost gauge hit 7 lbs with no problem. All I have left is some under hood clean up / dress up tomorrow and a dyno run next friday.

I've turned a few wrenches, but only as a hobby or out of necessity. You are right though, this is the first time I've been excited to wake up and go to work.
