more and more parts are coming in for the L swap!!!

Also installed flex a lite Efan kit #270 the other weekend!

temp probe by the radiator hose

Where I tied into the A/C clutch signal

I will post more pics as more parts come in and when I re wire a few thing with the efan kit for a much cleaner install.

If I could offer a little constructive criticism on your fan install. The temp probe should really be on the drivers side of the radiator. In it's current location, you're getting coolant straight from the engine, not coolant that has flowed through radiator core. This will cause the fan to kick on when they might not be needed.

The temp probe is in the proper location according to the installation instructions.

nice man! the only thing i would suggest is getting a LFP quick change pulley setup. that way it is easier to change boost later on.

that killer chiller is going to be dadass!!

i like the MP idler bracket too!

Thanks bro!

Along with the killer chiller I'm getting LT's with true duals and there is a few other upgrades along with the kit. I plan to run a LFP quick change just waiting for a good deal.

I think I'm getting obx... They are what ever the seller had in the kit. If they are fora lightning I might have to sell them on LR and buy a set made for a n/a motor and 4 wheel drive. I want OBX but for the price pace setters look good too. Have heard any good/bad things about pace setter?

I plan on running on 12 pounds of boost. I heard that's as far as I should push the internals. Depending on what mike troyer says I might stick with 10#'s just to be on the safe side. What are you running? My set up has some porting work done on the plenum, intake, mid plate, and supercharger so I have no clue what the boost levels will be. So I plan on running stock pulleys to see what the boost level is then adjust from there.

ive heard pace setters rust up pretty quickly. OBX are SS.

you are going to need a bigger lower pulley for the 12#. im running stock sized pulleys on my truck. ive also ported the Lower intake, supercharger, and plenum with a SBTB. i also didnt want to risk blowing my stock block, so thats why i just want to run 8# right now, i may bump it up to 10# in the summer.

Well OBX L/T's it will be

So if the lightning puts out 8#'s of boost stock the I would a 4# lower to get a total of 12#'s correct?

No I'm not running long tubes. I don't see the point till I'm running more hp. I don't want to mess with broken studs.

Yeah I would think a 4# would work. The LT should decrease the boost pressure so you may only run 11# or so.

I'm hoping the loss with the long tubes, the ported blower and other ported goodies make up for it.

Yeah. All that means is that it's more efficient so you will still be makin more power.

Well another mod to the truck...

Found out that a 2009+ FX4 e-locking differential will fit in a 97-03 9.75 diff housing. The axle spline count(34) is the same, spline diameter is the same, bearings and races are the same ID and OD, and all that operates the 2009+ e locker is a simple switch! Just a positive and a negative!!! I'm going to be looking in the yards for a wrecked 2009+ FX4 rear e-locker.*

All you have to do is figure out a way to run the wires from inside the diff

You might be wounding why I want a 12 gen f150 differential...*

Well there isn't any aftermarket company that makes a true selectable locking diff besides ARB air locker for the 9.75. I don't want a auto locker cause I have had one before in my first 2002 and didn't like it on the street, wet conditions, and the occasional snow.*

Maybe this will help all of you running on the strip!*
