Procharged 5.4 failsafe
Ok guys got myself a little situation.
- First off description of vehicle 2006 f150 harley davidson awd with 20k on the clock never any problems before modds.
-Modds Procharger, 39lb injectors, electric fans, LT headers, Magnaflow high flows, and x pipe, dual super 44's exit out, vmp tuning.
-THE SITUATION i am getting these same codes no matter the tuning codes are as follows p0010,p0020,p0000,p0102,p0135
-Asking if anyone can lead me in a direction of were to fix the problem or where to start looking.
-o2 sensors are drilled and tapped after the high flows and front 02 are located in the LT'S
-Thanks guys any help will be more than a gift as this is my fathers present to him and would like to complete it. Not really into gas motors so i dont do the tuning, But have done the install myself, i build everything myself on my truck as it sitts its a 2002 duramax twin turbo fully built. so i have some knowledge just need somehelp.

The O2s have been moved, the exhaust transport delay has changed - time between exhaust gas exiting port (ignition event) and being read by front O2 bank 1 in this case. Usually the pcm will learn this change and adjust, per Justin, but it may need a tweek?
The mass air wiring could be an issue, has it been moved and wires extended or other change?
Food for thought, at least.

The mod in the tuning is very simple. You simply click the LT mod for the O2 sensors and it changes the timing for the reading of the exhaust pulses. Im amazed you didn't use extensions though. Did you mount the sensor in the collector of the headers? Thats where it needs to be. Should need at least a foot of extension on the harness to make em reach. Rear o2's as well. Take your time securing the harnesses to so that under know circumstances can they move and touch the exhaust.
there is only 2.53ohms per 1000ft of 14ga wire, adding one ft or two feet will not make a large enough difference in resistance to effect the readings.
