Best A/F at WOT?

Best A/F at WOT?

at wot the a/f is at 10.00 to 10.3

should i take some fuel out.. or add some timming to bring this to a better level?

10 is way rich. For safety 11.8 to 11.3 is good and makes more power

Er so just take fuel out, don't add timing

I would datalog and find out what a/f ratio the PCM is commanding. If it's commanding 10:1 then take fuel out. If it's commanding a leaner mixture, you need to get your MAF transfer function corrected. Taking fuel out might make for some dangerous lean spots, if the transfer function is off.

most issues are located around the Maf transfer function and most tuners dont know how to adjust those tables correctly. optimal a/f varies with timing, CHT, and what boost pressure you are running.

10.3 is too rich you need to be around 11.5-11.8 for a nice tune. Anything over 12 is running lean and anything under 11 you are too rich. Be very careful if you are tuning it yourself...change the numbers in small increments.
