I've seen kits on here for $1500 and I've seen them on here for $5000 . Thats why I'm on here is to try to determine if i can spend $1500 instead of $5000

You can find a 'kit' for a grand but it won't be turnkey or complete. THere will still be other things you will need. I bought a takeoff for a grand but will spend another grand to get it up and going.

If your talking about a Lightning blower setup?
For 2K including a custom tune? That's a great deal!!!!

Non-lightning, and probably non-intercooled.
For vortech, procharger, powerdyne you can do it for 2k. I will be very close, always nickle and dime stuff.

2 or 3 Grand I can do . It's still not 5 . I need couple other questions answered like what do i need for a wiring harness and a tune . I don't need anything crazy just a pretty stock lighting set up, The truck already has an edge programmer will that help ??

You can use your stock wire-harness with some modifications. (You would need to ask someone who has done that for how to do it)
Easiest way is to use a stock L wire harness.
If your edge tuner is capable of having a custom tune put on it and you know a tuner that can give you a tune for it ,it would work.

Powerdyne S/C, brackets, pulleys, 90mm Lightning MAF, some tubing and connectors, + misc. stuff.
Added 255L fuel pump, 36lb injectors, spark plugs, dyno tune, misc. nuts/bolts and silicone tubing/clamps.

Additional I got but don't really need- new fuel filter, fuel level sender, 160* thermostat, underdrive pulleys, new K+N filter, A/F gauge, boost gauge and steering column mount, Sniper/Delta Force Commando programming software.

since no one can tune that POS device for you once you're supercharged you're pretty much starting from scratch

pay close attention to those who are going to spend a fortune just to find out it's substandard and they need to spend more (many times at the cost of an engine)

160* thermostat is pretty low! You sure you want to go with that?
Dose your under-drive pulley kit include a crank pulley?
If so,you cant use that with that blower.
