Whats in included for $150? No offense intended but whats the story on having the weaker 2v motor in the 04? Its bad enough the 04+ trucks weigh 1k more than the last truck the 2v came in. Again just curious. Btw like the headlights. As for the lightning setup you should be able to find a nearly complete kit cheap.

fast truck man, nice!!!

it was just the upper. im gonna hold off for now. dont know how id mate my electric throttle body to the lightnig setup. maybe better off doing a turbo set up later on, one of those rear mounted setups.

i have a stx that came with the 2v 4.6. the head went bad so i popped in a new 2v 5.4, everything bolted right up. the 3v 5.4 way to much work for an extra #15 of torque and it doesnt have all the spark plug and cam phaser issues associated with the 3 valve. plus its one of a kind

I would think the best thing to do would be get rid of the electric throttle and go with a cable throttle if ya want to put a L swap on it.

i dont think my pcm would like that. the gt500 throttle body MIGHT bolt right to the eaton m112 upper and my TPS MIGHT slide right in. just looking at pics the bolt pattern looks the same and the plug look the same. i have to do more research on it.

first im gonna see how my truck feels after the dyno tune. first i wanna delete the rear cats and run true dual side exits. now im running ''ram air'' intake, shorty headers, SISO side exit pipe, e-fans, and higher TC stall. hopefully i can at least keep up with the 3 valves and 5.3 vortecs.

I know where there's a complete set up (with upgrades and the eaton is ported / externally polished) for just under five grand
