Another extra idler for Procharger mod

Thanks Crash.

I never thought to take any dimensions. I don't have my truck with me right now otherwise I would (it's in storage in another state atm).

When I did the extra idler mod I played around with mocking up the idler placement with the belt fully loose and moving the idler around with my hand to see what the wrap would look like. I mostly just eyeballed it as far as the positioning. I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem for someone of your level of expertise.

I did buy a few different length Gates belts from Napa and returned the ones that weren't the best fit. You pretty much have to experiment here with the belt length to see what works the best. One thing I have learned over the years with this Procharger kit is that if the belt goes on easy when new, it's too long. It's best to have to fight the belt on a bit, let it naturally stretch, and still be in the desired range of the belt tensioner travel.
