Broke Motor
This was a dyno tune from Troyer I had been running that tune for years so its not the tune. And he will be tuning my next motor.
This is what you need!
5.4 block from ford racing and a rotating assy from MMR good for 900 horse!

how high were your running the motor RPM wise? what plugs were you using and what quality fuel do they sell where you are at. ive been making more power than that on a motor with almost 190K miles on it at 9psi and havent had any issues but your roots and im centri so your intake temps are higher meaning its wise to cut timing back below 15 and add more fuel to keep the pistons cool. its just crazy a low mile motor like yours broke on low boost after only a year

Yeah it does suck, But I just got off the phone with MMR I told the guy what I had they said to go with the Mod 900 short block. I guess $2700 aint too bad for a built block

Then run like twice the boost!
