do you guys think this intercooler is big enough?




The size is 30 1/2 X 18 X 2 and the over all is 38X18 the ports are 3 inch.

Looks like a late model Power Stroke intercooler. They can be bought at the Ford dealer for about $250 wholesale. If you paid near that price you got a good deal.

I will be sure to take alot of pictures for you. I won't be putting it in until July 10th or so because I'm going on vacation. at least I have something to look forward to.


I think I'm going to put a bypass valve on while I'm at it.Do you know any place that sells them for less than 138.00?If so I will be here until the 18th of June.

Thanks for the tip I will put the intercooler on first and run it like that for a while and then if needed I will put on the bypass.I already have my 3 inch holes on either side of the radiator just below the lights,I will take some pictures of that as well.The intercooler will be tight,there is only about 1/2 inch extra from side to side.
