s/c novice questions

alright just got my exhaust doen, looks like my next step is to charge it and puff it up a bit. i have a 99 5.4 2 valve, is there any kits with everything out there that u need to bolt up but i wanna run lotta boost like as much as my crank, rods, and pistons will handle RELIABLELY anyone now what are good superchargers to run? i like whipples but wanna hear your likes and why, plus why u think i would like it.

i know there has to be a how to for a lightning swap on here. i think i need a class on using the search feature. lol because it always find too much irrelavant ****
