Long tubes r not

I'm gathering parts to s/c my 03 screw. I've got a powerdyne (yes I know, but I got it for hardly nothing) I plan on running the mark 8 fan with spal controller, lightning maf, 42 lb injectors, 190 lph high pressue fuel pump, 190* thermostat, and a tune from troyer.

My questions are: 1) what plugs and what gap do I need? 2) will longtubes make that much of a difference over stock? 3) should I get rid of all my cats and do true duals with x pipe, or a y pipe setup?

longtubes with a tune=30/35 gains. get rid of all 4 cats and run 2 magnaflow 94106 high flow cats, x pipe, and true dual straight through mufflers.

I would go with a 255 lph fuel pump instead of the 190, no reason not to. My experience with the 190 was less than satisfactory.
A 190* stat is like stock, isn't it, 192*?

Not sure on the thermostat. That's what troyer suggested as well as the 190 lph.

X2 on Migdaddy and onelowf post.
A 190 stat????? I would think a 170 or 180 would be in order. 190 seems insane with a sc.

180 stat, 160 to cold for most.

OBX long tubes, they come with high flow cats now.

Agree that 190 is a tad low if your using all of that 42lb injector. Be safe not sorry!!!! Orginal pump in NA is 155, L had 2-155's with second one coming in at higher boost.

Then sit back and enjoy!

NGK TR6's gapped at .34 to .38 I believe. Lightning forums would be a good place to find out for sure. I'd myself leave the 192 deg stat alone, you have to tune for a lower stat, below 180 I think because the truck will run in a closed loop. That is to say it thinks the truck hasn't warmed up yet= richer fuel mix longer. Get a 255 walbro fuel pump too, got mine at Treyperformance.com I think that's spelled right, by suggestion from Phil66067? I forget his name exactly. Thank you Phil BTW!!!!

honestly witha centrufigal leave the stock 195 T -stat in place, I to went with a colder one at troyers advice and my truck disliked it.

at anything up to 12# of boost run the stock motorcraft plugs for a Lightning/ Harley truck

and x3 on the 255 lph pump (or larger)
