Hello havent been on for a while just got back from iraq. but ran in to some issues with my truck i need to get fixed now. its a 04 5.4l and has a vortech v2 on it while im driving and the truck down shifts she throws a code and i loose all engine power and have to pull oiver and turn the truck off and start it back up again and she runs normal again. is this because im running the stock vortech tune? thanks!

Yes that is because you are running the stock vortech tune.....

The factory vortech tune is absolute junk and is only there for you to be able to drive to a tuner.

Mine did that all the time. Any part throttle boost and it would go into limp mode and throw the wrench light. It has to do more with the fact on the transmission tables are complete junk and when you downshift your transmission is slipping, the ecm senses it and shuts you down.
