Got my Procharger back!

Well got my Procharger back Thursday and put it all back in this weekend. Nothing like having this thing back to full power! ATI says that nothing was wrong with the supercharger other than blown seals when the surge valve didn't open and back-pressured it. Didn't cost me one red cent and they even threw in a new belt! Can't beat that for customer service anywhere that I know of.
Now onto another topic. Since finding the linkage of the surge valve had come loose and fixing it, can it be adjusted? The reason I ask, the yoke piece that screws into the diaphragm stem is actually threaded a good bit. I wondering if I screw the yoke out some and make the valve where it will close sooner when the vacuum drops, will the boost come on quicker at a lower rpm? What effect will it have on the air/fuel ratio down low and will the map sensor be able to compensate for the boost coming on quicker? Any other ATI users tried this? Man, I have a lot of questions now!

that's the same reason I started using a turbo xs bypass valve and yeah the tune needed tweaked a bit for the increased low end boost

Thanks tarajerame. I guess now I will look at the overdrive crank pulley and get a revised tune, new fuel pump and etc., etc. This is getting addictive!

I hope I don't get the fever too soon. I don't think my bank account is going to like me for that mod. I had already put down on paper what I would like to have in a motor and it was WAY more expensive!!!
