Oh cool. At least you 've got some rolling hills and a few good roads to drive. I only had to wait a week and a half. Give em a call. There probably only 3 hours north of you. There were 3 Roush trucks there when I was. They deal with them all the time. These other tuners I've dealt with like FastLane in Benson and National Speed in Wilmington were worthless. They'd spend 1-2 hours tuning the truck. Maybe adjust 5 or 6 settings. Then send you on the way. Mike adjusted probably over a thousand different points in the tune. He worked on it for at least 7-8 hours.

Roush F150 box codes are based off F150 PCM codes (which makes perfect sense since Roush has done calibration work for Ford). SCT has them in the database. For instance, if the truck's PCM box code is PCE1, you'd key in PCE1RSCIC in SCT's software to load it up. About 12-13 Roush codes in SCT's database for the F150. Because they are based on Ford codes, SCT has pretty rapid turn-around with converting reads of codes they don't already have. Is this happening at WOT, or at all throttle positions?

Only WOT in 3rd gear the other two gears go to 5000 pretty easily. For me and how I feel about the well 1st gear is awsome and if everyone said this was normal I would be happy with it but since it is not normal then I want what I have paid for "foir example the supercharger and goodies"

Could cam timing be off enough to cause this.

I think you might be bumping up against the speed limiter. How fast are you going when you start having problems?

Around 100mph at 4200 rpm but I back off the gas at that point. Little too fast for me, I think I am going to change the gears again from 4.56 to 4.88 and maybe let Troyer tune it.

For me it is not how fast the truck will go it how fast can I get there

That would seem to be when the stock speed limit would come into play. I don't believe Roush changes it and your tuner must not have either. I'll look at the Roushk program this morning and let you know.

The Throttle Based Speed Limiter is set the same as stock in the Roush tune at 99 mph.
