Thumbs up 2.2 Kenne Bell Supercharger Install on 2003 F-150 Supercrew (Finally!)

Well here we go. Finally got started.

He's some backup threads if anyone's interested.

Items used with the supercharger. Gauges, etc...

I just bought a supercharger!!!! thread

It's been a long time coming. I bought this thing last March. If I hurry I will get this thing running before I've had it a year.

Anyway's here we go. Tonight was tear down night.

I pulled off the old intake and all hoses and stuff associated.
Pulled the injectors
Pulled the coil plugs - I'm putting in some Denso It20 plugs in per Troyer's advice. Gotta buy them tomorrow.
Put the new pulley on the alternator.
Set the blower on just for fun!

Here's the pics.

Well actually I'm waiting for them to upload to photobucket.
Here's the full album

Oh and I'm hoping to have it running by the end of this weekend.

Old injectors VS. new injectors

stock 5.4. No internal Mods.

Today I got the blower mounted on. Located a place for the IAT sensor. Put in new plugs, injectors...... That's about it. I didn't get to work on it as much as I wanted to. It snowed so I had to build a snowman and stuff like that. LOL It's coming together though!

Lower plate mounted

IAT sensor mount. drilled and tapped a hole for this

tonight I'm going to try to read thru the instructions good and figure out how all the hoses are supposed to be ran.

I need a 180 degree thermostat still. I guess I should have read the instructions earlier. lol

other than that I really just need to hook up all the hoses and stuff then I'll be done under the hood.

Then I still have to change out the fuel pump. It's gonna be a few more day's before I try to get it fired up.
