another lightning super charger question

OK, as I've said in the transmission section, I'm going to have my transmission built next wed. So now I need a power plant that justify me beefing up the transmission. I have a 1997 f150 with a 5.4. I have a few questions.

1. I want to mount a lightning super charger. I know I need PI heads, new internals, fuel system, ect. Heres the issue. I live in Union Country Kentucky. I nearest place I can find that will build me a transmission was 60 miles away. Needless to say, I'm not having any luck find any one who has a dyno. I've been looking for some one to tune my mustang (which is what is holding back from my cams...) for over a year. Is there another option, like a canned tune, or i dont know ....hell another option. If not then I need to scap my plan and come up with another plan for a powerplant.

so advise on the lightning options or on alternate power plants.... please..thanks
