Best Tuners

So here in St. Louis, MO we have to get an emissions check. Years past this was an actual tailpipe test, no problems. Well a couple of years ago they switch to just reading the ECU. The tuner I used defeated the ambient air temp sensor - which prevents the ECU from completing it's emission test - Long and short can't pass the emissions test.

Recommendations on tuners? Know about Troyer, sounds like good work but would like some additional suggestions....

Oh, and the original tuner was Sal at Surge so no need to mention him

There is also PHP and VMP who on here a lot. You should check out the chips, tuners and programming section, there is a lot of info in there on tuners.

Forgot to mention but I did the Lightning swap back in 06 so I need a tuner familiar with programing the truck for the boost. Hence why I posted here - I will try the tuner section again....

Sal tended to do closed loop and turned things off. In fact he even turned off some maybe all of the engine checks cause even when I had a problem never got check engine light. I now use Woodbine Motorsports in Maryland.
