thoughts on using an aftermarket cobra heat exchanger

i was wondering what would be the cons of using a fluidyne heat exchanger built for a 03-04 cobra over the one for a lightning due to the fact i have to mount mine in the grill area of my truck and it would be alot easier to mount due to the mounting tabs built into the fluidyne unit, ant its 100 dollars cheaper than the lightning version

probably a little less cause it is a smaller sizethan the lightning counter part, but it might be more effiecent than the stocker, i dont plan on huge power numbers just stock pulley setup
