Contact Procharger. http://www.procharger.com They make kits for the V6 Mustang. You should be able to adapt a kit to fit your truck.

The only Forced Induction kits truely available for a 4.2 is one that you custom build yourself. Don't just go out and buy a supercharger or turbo and just start building. Do your research on what makes F/I what it is.
A turbo is a much better option as you don't need power to make power like with a supercharger.
